Well..... I know, I know, I am a LAME blogger..... Okay, I can accept that. My one and only post is probably frustrating to others and I'm sure I lost the tiny audience that I had.... But still, I feel cheated on. My good, good friend, who shall remain nameless, created a blog and blogged well and quite frequently for nearly a MONTH before informing me of her very humorous and well laid out blog!!! The NERVE of some people! First of all, she is far more entertaining than I can ever hope to be and secondly, her blog just looks so damn pretty! Mine is so plain and boring... I just don't have patience or time to sit her and jack around with it and surf for fun pics and such to place upon it.... Besides my carpal tunnel starts acting up when I spend more than an hour on this machine...
okay, fine, so it really boils down to being jealous of her wit as well as coveting the free time that she has to enjoy such self fulling and somewhat hedonistic pleasures! such is life, huh? i swear, I have no clue what I did with all my time pre-kids. I must have had so much of it. I'm sure at some point I must have gotten bored.... I would LOVE to have 5 minutes to be bored, I mean, TRULY bored. not the kind of bored I get now like bored of cooking or bored of grocery shopping or cleaning... There is always some shit to do, which is usually very far removed from a selfish pleasure. Do you know I cannot remember the last time I saw a movie at the theater that wasn't a cartoon?! Oh well.. I digress... My friend abandoned me and left em all alone in Bloggaritaville..... sniff, don't you feel sorry for me?!
But seriously folks, I LOVE my friend and I am happy she has a blog and it is a fun read! Wow, I finally returned to my blog, only to bitch.

ha ha ha!! You always make me laugh out loud! Damn, I miss you. My special friend, Billy is visiting again and soon my 2 darling boys will be going to Mimi and Papa's house for a few days!!! OH YEAH!! I wish Billy would come and visit you unexpectedly too. And I think I WILL have a margarita tonight just before I go to the Ft Worth City council meeting. It will help give me the nerve to stand up and state my opinion on the impeachment of GW Dipshit that will be discussed.
It should be interesting as I have never attended a city council meeting and this IS as stated on my profile the 2nd most republican county in the nation.... Hmmmm..?? Maybe I should stop by the Army Navy store and pick up a bullet proof vest!
Good for you standing up and lettting your voice be heard in that bastion of conservatives where you live. I would invest in a bullet proof space suit if I were you.
my first thought is, damn- I am glad I don't have any sh!tty friends like that. but then I thought, but wow, there was a very lovely compliment in there that the aforementioned blogger probably doesn't think of as herself. but nonetheless, I hope that blogger forgives the sh!tty friend because she probably just needed some outlet to 'escape' it all for some time. maybe she just fell out of touch because she fell out of touch with reality? but maybe now that there is light at the end of the tunnel, she feels better and not so deeply depressed and overwhelmed?
but I bet that blogger loves her friend very much and would never intentionally hurt her feelings, b/c that would really suk.. badly. plus that blogger is so honored to think that she feels that way about her blog. but if it wasn't me, then forget everything above and pretend like you didn't read this post.
